Seven seasons salon understands that in changing seasons of life, plans can shift. we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. appointments canceled within 24 hours or marked No-shows will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Cancellation policy

if you predict that you may be a few minutes late to your appointment, please call the salon and let us know your estimated arrival time. However, if you are 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. all attempts to reschedule will be made in a timely manner.
